Is a board’s strength before the sale/let, after the property has sold / let or at other times?

I would suggest that “before and after” are of equal importance. The For Sale/To Let stage is why boards were first used, but add the Sold stc/Let slips and this proves that the agent does successfully sell and let instructed properties.

Boards overlaid with sponsorship slips are used by several of our clients, helping them to engage more directly with local communities with the added benefit of markedly increasing their board count, if only for a couple of weeks.
