Can signs evolve to become more aesthetically pleasing?

There has been a trend over the last four-or-five years towards less garish and “gimmicky” branding, specially amongst our larger corporate clients, and colour co-ordinated posts are also being adopted more widely. It is also noticeable that even small chain and single branch agents are more likely to engage a designer than in previous years.

Simpler designs, only containing the functional information any potential client needs: is the property For Sale, or To Let, the name/brand of the agent, and their phone number and web address. It is notable that some agents are so confident that SOE works for them that they omit URLs to keep the design cleaner.
